I think Joe Ledbetter has been hanging around Kozik too much. Here is another colorway of the Hammerhead part of the KFGU pieces. This will be limited to 100 pieces, due out sometime in September. I am liking the bloody gills on the neck, it gives a different interpretation.

Had to post this because these cars are just too sexy and this is coming from someone who does not care much about them, but I sure can appreciate the beauty. Last weekend marked the start of the infamous race Gumball 3000 rally 10th anniversary. Usually Gumball goes across the US, but this time it will be global, starting from San Francisco, ending in Beijing. Puma has decided to be a key sponsor this year and has entered their own vehicle, a custom Range Rover Coupe to be driven by super model Tyson Beckford co-piloted by Orlando Jones. *drool*

Here is another way to maybe get your work on a toy platform. The playform, Blankie, was created by Aarting. Aarting is a contemporary art brand in New York. The only thing about this is, I do not see hwo this is really a contest, because I always thought that the main component of a contest is to win something. Seems like you will just be doing a lot more then receiving.
If your design wins, you’ll receive:
- 1 case (25 pieces) of the toys you designed
- opportunity to design the box your toy comes in
- opportunity to design the display box your toy comes in
- worldwide recognition as your designer toy is internationally promoted

August is going to be busy for Gargamel, marking the 4th Anniversary of Thrash Out. All of the August releases will be dropping on August 16th. I love how Eaton looks with the claw head, then underneath it is this friendly ice cream head. MmMm…Yummy.

Here comes another Golden Claw, a custom Dunny, from Huck Gee. This will be released tomorrow at Noon PDT and is limited to 10 pieces at his Ebay store for $800. This figure is pretty cool, all decked out in white with the eyes on the head band. I wonder if there is anything under that thing.

This set is designed by Michael Lau and is a mish mash of things that he takes inspiration from. The Submilgaytona watch is a tribute to Rolex and three of his favorite models. M.F.J.K, named appropriately for Michael, Futura, James Jarvis, and KAWS, is a figure that features distinguishable ligaments from each artist. The sets are limited to 200 and are available at Sold Out!
